Edward Brewer Homes specialises in building unique, individual homes for clients who want their home to be more than off the plan in its creativity and design. We look forward to the challenge of building homes that are outside the parameters of a normal build and offer a personalised service which is caring and with a "can do" attitude. We can build from your plans drawn up by your architect or draftsman, or if you have none we offer an in house drafting service to help create a functionally unique home that is perfect for your lifestyle.

We also offer a range of "off the plan designs" that are affordable to the first home buyer and a range for those onto their next build. And we can also do home alterations, additions and extensions to existing homes from $100, 000

Nothing was too much trouble, from David who personally supervised from day one to handover, to office backup in the administration department, Nikki was first class, keeping us up to date with the financial part of the project.
